Total Value
Meet the Emily Terpak Group, experts in guiding both buyers and sellers through every stage of the process, enabling them to make informed choices tailored to their specific requirements.
"Immediately I knew Emily was a good match for my partner and me. Not only does she know the ins and outs of the real estate world, but she is amazing at educating you along the way.
Emily understands that in this business timing is everything. Her ability to think outside of the box can really make your deal stand out amongst the rest. We would not have ended up with our DREAM home if it were not for Emily’s persistence, optimism, and drive. She was there to lift us up in an unusual and sometimes flat-out depressing market. If you are looking for a real estate agent and you are reading this review, LOOK NO FURTHER. You found her! I would recommend Emily to all my friends and family, and in fact, I have! BOTH people I recommended to Emily ended up with their dream homes, and using her to sell their current ones."

At the Emily Terpak Group, we help with both the buying and selling process. Often, buyers become sellers and sellers become buyers. Therefore, our agents have expertise in both areas and can assist you no matter what your needs are.
If you specify which agent you would like to work with, we can make sure that they follow up with you directly. The only time that you would be contacted by someone else on the team would be if the agent you requested doesn’t cover or isn’t licensed in the area that you’re looking in.
The best way to get in touch with the Emily Terpak Group is through the contact page on our website or to call or email one our of agents directly (for this info, click "Meet the Team" in the navigation bar). We look forward to hearing from you!
Because everyone has their particular needs and is on a different timeline, no two meetings are the exact same. But in general, we touch upon the below topics during each call, zoom, or in-person meeting.
Buyers: With buyers, we will want to know if this is your first time buying a home or if you already have experience with purchasing a property. If it’s your first time, we will give you a top-level overview of what the home buying process looks like and first steps to get you started.
We will also ask what your timeline is for buying, what neighborhoods/towns you’re most interested in, and what you’re looking for in a home. It’s OK if you’re not sure! That’s where we can help.
Because buying a home is a large purchase, we’ll want to make sure that all of your financial questions are addressed as well. If you already have a lender that you are working with, great. If not, we can put you in touch with a trusted lender to get an idea of what your budget will be and officially become pre-approved.
From there, we can talk about setting you up on a custom property search based on your criteria and start looking at houses!
Sellers: Knowing your address before our first meeting will be extremely helpful. This will give us the opportunity to properly prepare for our listing presentation and make sure that our time together is maximized.
In order to give you an accurate assessment of the value of your home, we suggest an in-person meeting where we can tour the property. This will allow us to get a better understanding of recent upgrades you’ve made to your home, and the mechanical systems, and make suggestions on possible staging or improvements before listing the property.
We will also talk about a marketing strategy, how to best position your property, and when it makes the most sense to list.
Buyers: We suggest reaching out 3-12 months before you would like to move.
Sellers: We suggest reaching out 1-12 months before you would like to list. The advantage of reaching out sooner would be to have more time to prepare your home for the market (make repairs, updates, upgrades, etc.)
