She went through all of the criteria I was looking for and helped me set up a search online which would send me email updates on a regular basis. When it came down to making decisions and submitting offers, Emily was the ultimate professional, communicating with urgency and fiercely determined to help me win with the offers we put together. Just in a few minutes of conversation, Emily keenly picked up on a few things I was looking for and immediately showed me a handful of homes that were currently on the market - but also gave me a bunch of tips on what blocks/neighborhoods I would be able to find what I am looking for (like a yard for my dogs!). I set up a time for her to meet my partner, and he immediately agreed that she was a better fit for us. On top of it all - you spend a lot of time with your realtor and Emily was a joy to spend our weekends with!
